Creative Times is a quarterly trade journal, produced by the Creative Industries Development Service (CIDS), which is distributed to over 6,000 Manchester-based creatives. Creative Spark were asked to produce the cover and an illustration for the August edition, which focused on new digital distribution channels for creative content.
We choose to use a naïve Biro doodle – deliberately flipping the idea of communicating through technology on its head – and answering the brief in an unexpected and original way.
