City South Developments Property Portfolio

Brief

Bespoke property developer, City South Developments, commissioned us to produce a portfolio which would showcase past and future developments to prospective new clients.

Solution

The result was a bold and stylish brochure, beautifully executed using magenta paper mounted onto board. It was then block foiled in rose creating the cover, opening to reveal a gloss laminated concertina interior, displaying both high gloss photography and artists’ impressions alike.
